Our Practice

Plano Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center was established in 1977 with a staff of four. It has since grown to include eleven physicians and a support staff of over 100 people. Our team of doctors, physician assistants, medical assistants and office personnel are available to assist you at our center, which is conveniently located on Plano Parkway in southwest Plano.

Plano Orthopedic services the residents of Plano, North Dallas, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Carrollton and surrounding communities.

Our Staff

Randy Farrer, MS., PA-C
Physician Assistant Certified.

Graduate Degree from Baylor Medical School in Physician Assistant Studies with a Masters Degree in Biological Sciences. Undergraduate Degree from University of North Texas with Degree’s in Biology and Chemistry. Currently working in Orthopedics at the Plano Orthopedics Sports Medicine and Spine Center. I enjoy working with patients and seeing them get relief from their pain.






Susie Dillon
Medical Assistant
Native Texan, graduate from Richardson H.S. and attended the University of Texas. Susie has worked with POSMC since 1999 and has been with Dr. Carmody since his arrival in 2001. Hobbies include sailing, scuba diving and cooking.
